Shipping Policy

Turnaround

We make every reasonable effort to ship all In stocks orders on the same day they are received Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm EST. However, this is not a guarantee.  If you absolutely need a product in a rush please contact us before or after placing your order and we will make every reasonable effort tot accommodate you. 1-800-445-5058

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

International Shipping 

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

Free Shipping

From time to time we run free shipping promotions.  Unless otherwise specified we will use whichever carrier we choose.  Free Shipping will only be available on qualified orders during the free shipping promotion period.
