Seed Sensor Gain
If the seed sensors on your drill only count 85% of the seeds (this is typical), then the M3 can adjust the seed sensor gain so that the actual population will be displayed on the monitor screen.
Low Population Alarm
With the M3, you don’t have to wait for a row to completely stop planting. An adjustable, low-population alarm will warn you if any rows are out of range.
Average and individual row population
The M3 displays the population for each individual row and the average population of all rows. Auto-scan or individual row monitoring can be selected.
Sensor Test with Auto Row Disable
Another built-in feature of the M3 console is the ability to test all of the seed sensors each time it is turned on and to automatically disable any rows that have a defective seed sensor. No more unplugging wires or re-programming the monitor.
Two Setup Routines
The M3 allows you to store two different setups in memory so there is no need to re-enter the setup parameters when changing planters.
Adjustable row fail alarm
Should a row stop planting, the M3 has an adjustable volume alarm that will promptly alert you at the first sign of a problem.
